Earlier this year, we designed and developed Equal Measure’s website. They were so smitten with the new site that they submitted it for some web awards and guess what? They won the 2015 WMA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development, Standard of Excellence Award for Nonprofits! We’re excited and happy that we could them achieve this. If you haven’t seen the site check it out. It’s a clean, simple site that employs responsive design for easy viewing on multiple devices. Congratulations Seth and Equal Measure!
The OMG Center for Collaborative Learning began as a nonprofit organization that provided strategic planning, evaluation, and capacity-building services for major philanthropies working in the social sector. 30 years later, their name had become an instant messaging abbreviation. The need for a name change launched a thoughtful and deliberate exploration of where the organization stands today and how they view their next generation of growth. The new name, tagline, logo, website, and collateral materials were a logical outgrowth of those discussions and in early 2015, the company became Equal Measure.
When Barra Foundation revised their funding to better foster innovation, they needed their website to communicate the new approach, share stories about their grantees, and provide resources to enhance the innovation conversation in the region. Their new website connects them with potential grantees that are driving positive change in our region.
We worked with Sage Communications, who developed Barra’s marketing strategy and site content. We developed a website that speaks to their mission and allows staff to update content via a custom WordPress CMS.
Sometimes a name change is in order. Did you know Google started out as BackRub, and Pepsi-Cola was first marketed as Brad’s Drink? When Delaware Valley Grantmakers hired Maskar Design and Steege Thomson to rebrand the organization, the first order of business was a look at their name. more
